Overview
Since the happening of ChatGPT and the emergence of many AI tools, user engagement rate and user interaction with our product have been decreasing. Most of the users and partners have been expecting a new feature that equivalent to ChatGPT and other AI tools. So, I have been working for months to solve this challenge.

Wireframe
As a product designer, I was completely responsible for this module. I led the whole wireframing and prototyping from inception to execution, working closely with user interface and user experience. I even did a user-testing for this feature with the wireframe created, which checked all the boxes below
✅ Is the flow user-friendly?
✅ Does the user interface result in a better user understanding
✅ Does the new feature meets the user’s expectation and engages more user experience?
✅ Does the feature provide a better user experience

My Role and Approach
I analysed and studied the competitor's product on how they have used these APIs and achieved this module. I did research on some of the popular note-taking apps like Notion, craft, Click Up, etc. Identified the pros and cons of the feature and defined the user flow.

After months of research, I finally came up with the finest solution for this problem. I designed a userflow for this challenge, by using ChatGPT API we can generate content or notes according to the user’s wants and needs. Same as how ChatGPT can generate answers to our questions, we can practice the same in Notebook with this new AI feature. The user can easily generate anything as they wish like notes, tables, images, etc. In conclusion, Multiple needs can be attained through this feature in Notebook.
